But i installed driver week ago. Today i launch Far Cry 6 and had low gpu usage and low fps. Then i restart game and all back to normal. Dont know why.

Was todays launch the first launch after updating the driver last week? If 'Yes' then back to game reconfiguring some stuff after driver change. If 'No' then consider if anything else has changed regarding gaming related stuff. You know the drill Hombre. Has this happened prior (before) or since (again)? It needs to happen more than once bro for it to be attributed with the title 'Problem'... One occurrence is a 'Hitch'. Multiple occurrences regardless of whether it's user reproducible or not, could or would be considered a problem.
