Does "Known Issue Rollback" work through Windows Update or this handled by some other windows service?
I don't have this entries, I'm not sure if I did block some windows service (or disabled some telemetry setting) that prevents this fix to be applied on my system.

chrome and edge 92 should have a fix, its currently baking on canary 92 (92.0.4483.0 and later)
There is another open task concerning 60FPS HDR videos, but its unrelated to any known issues currently listed by nvidia.
