Yes the motherboard vendors supplied the updated BIOS sometime ago.. but AMD + Nvidia are officially supporting only their latest series of gpus and they provide support also, only for the latest generation of CPUs!
BTW i did install this driver and i see no flickering using chrome and my 1660S card.
That AMD wants to push people into buying 5000 series CPUs is cute, but that doesn't change the fact that Zen2 supports ReBAR and works well with it.
