too early to tell squalles. So far no driver crashes and smooth game play. I'm coming from 347.26 though just got done play FFXIII after a couple of hours, since installing. I was able to increase my oc from 1437.5 to 1450.5 Mhz too and remain stable in-game. New physx seems ok too, smoother game play in Alice Madness Returns with everything maxed out and physx on high.

installed here... smooth and stable too... i won 3 fps in avg on metro 2033 last light... but have same performance in grid 3 and tomb raider... running fine in fifa and project cars...

Working fine on Win8.1. Granted I use a "dont break it if it's working" method, using madvr 0.87.9 and mpc-hc 1.7.3.
