Was the Nvidia Optimus on Windows 10 fixed?

I would like to know this too, I presented this question on the official thread for Windows 10 drivers, but haven't gotten a response.

Anyone experiencing a black screen on start up sometimes with 970 SLI and a Korean Catleap monitor running Windows 7?

I can here Windows load but no display output, I have a output during boot though.
