We've been hard at work, but the new beta of AfterBurner has been wrapped up. We have a long changelist to present you with Ampere support of course, but also want to introduce a twofold of new skins and some more.
The new MSI Afterburner 4.6.3 Beta 2 has been a lot of work as well for Alex to support a new architecture you can imagine comes with challenges, but we hope you'll like it next to a plethora of other changes. A quick note to Chris Drerup, who has been working so hard to get the new skin designs finished in time. Do check out the Ampere skin, load up some GPU stress, and see what happens at AfterBurner ;)
A small warning, the OC Scanner for us did not provide stable results, we have had MSI test it on their QA lab as well, with similar results. This goes for all brands, ergo NVIDIA needs to further analyze and tweak their OC Scanner API implementation. Also, be aware that one you apply an OC Scanner tweak, after reboot the settings will stick (an NVIDIA mandatory one). If you oppose that preference, in OC Scanner you can hit the 'revert' button and undo the changes.

It is nothing to do with new update, it is basic understanding issue of software update. Do a proper update procedure, uninstall previous version and restart PC.

I say this every new update but thank you so much for this tool, priceless for hardcore gamers and pc enthusiasts, so useful to instantly read the fps impact of visual settings in games or to set the proper affinity of cores on HEDT/Threadripper (which can dramatically change the fps/frametimes)
