Core i3 6006U (HD 520) DxDiag with this driver show WDDM 2.1 on Windows 10 1903 (18362.113), install this driver after cleaning with last DDU from Safe Mode, previous 25.20.100.6618 driver was WDDM 2.5 on Windows 10 1809
