bdw they said they fixed the 8bit issue with this driver which was the cause of dpc latency spikes in certain drivers right?

Afk watching twitch.Still kinda spikes on the highish side.Wondering if its because global power setting in the Nvidia control panel is set to "normal"
Edit:Yep.Massive difference while on high performance globally in the Nvidia control panel.(waay lower) Guess its too be expected since high performance=constant power while Normal=adjusting up and down.
Yes lots of people do

The high 800dpc result is with those off already.(Speedshift off too)
I mean there was definitely an improvement from previous drivers.Usually 5 mins in I'd get a 1.2k dpc spike but now the highest i'v seen while playing was like 400.(Because I have all my games on high performance mode)

Mine is a 850W PSU which is an overkill for my current build. CPU is not OCed and my GPU is running at stock settings (2070S) and both hardly reaching 70C under stress. Also im not getting blue screens, PC freezes and screen goes black then recovers and its like nothing happened. Sometimes the win explorer bugs out and i have to restart it from the task manager.
event id 13 or 14, I guess its more likely a power issue... lately I bought a new case (panzer s) and an AIO water cooler for cpu (10850K coming from evo 212+) and got event id 13 logs CTD from games. all thermals were OK and nothing was replaced, only added a few more fans and AIO. I troubleshooted and found if I remove OC or lower the power limit of my gpu, it resolves. Point being I need to replace my PSU, its high power simplicity 700W, gives 650W on 12V rail, apparently it was just on its limit before I purchase the new case.
