Hi everybody.
I'd like to share with you my latest Turing based driver analysis: NVIDIA 442.74 WHQL Driver Performance Benchmark (Turing)

Thanks a lot. I always look forward to your driver performance analysis. It's much appreciated.
If you don't mind me asking, which driver do you currently recommend for Pascal cards?

You're welcome! I'm currently performing my next Turing-based driver analysis (data are pretty similar to prior version so far, which isn't particularly good...). I still consider my prior recommendation (442.59) as valid for Pascal users too. However, the latest non comprehensive Pascal-based analysis posted by lokkenjp user on reddit recommended driver 445.87. This time can't agree with his recommendation because I wouldn't ever recommend a driver which is affected by a NV Shader Cache bug, which is something severe and unacceptable for me, and this even if it's possible to "workaround" such bug in some way, and even when the driver seems to perform well on Pascal overall. Therefore, imo, the most balanced and best performant driver for both Pascal and Turing would still be 442.59.

Been using this driver for 3 days now on my new GPU, runs flawlessly (a welcome change after 3 months of RX 5600 XT black screen hell, where everyone told me i had 'bad'/old drivers or re-install windows etc etc lol). Wondering if it is even worth getting newer driver at this point ?
