People on geforce forum swear that turning off fast startup fixes it but I have tried everything and color profile is still broken after exiting full screen games. A simple workaround I found is to press "Windows Key+Ctrl+Shift+B" to reset the display driver; It takes a fraction of a second and the color profile is set correctly after it.
I've tried both. It still persists.

Usually playing in Borderless retains the colour setting.

I don't use colour profiles except for having the ROG Swift PG279Q one set as the default. I haven't noticed anything unusual when exiting games.
I also haven't noticed anything unusual with the colors in the games and on the desktop.
