apple site doesnt crash for me with FF 23.0.01 so far so good. gonna leave my machine idle for a while now while i go to the shops with the wife as in last sets i.e anything after 314.22 the system would bork after being idle for 1hr +

Just installed these, newer PhysX detected that solves Metro LL FPS drops.
