NVIDIA just released  GeForce 306.97 WHQL 32/64-bit drivers which you can grab here at Guru3D.com This file has just been released and as such release information as such is still missing. The WHQL driver is intended for all known GeForce graphics cards though.

We have an active forum discussion right here on these drivers.

You can download 32-bit and 64-bit driver for Windows 7, 8 and Vista from this page right here. The changelog will be added when available.
