ah man AMD and their crazy power targets.
I lost 10% performance but saved over 200 watts in the process.o_O
why do they push everything to the maximum it just isn't necessary.
They are deserving of their poor reputation for efficiency and it dont need to be that way.
Anyways here is the 180 watt test.

It looks a bit dated..I see they used the same rendering like by older FFXIV heavens ward, storm blood and performance is like storm blood ~16800.
stock bios factory oc 1405mhz/45mhz offset vram
@ maximum settings
here at max 1470/+90mhz offset on vram, anything more would hard freeze the system.. shitty hynix xD

I've deleted the bench, or would have put it up to GPU 1700/1050 CPU 5.1 GHz.
