Try seating the graphics card into another pcie slot and see what happens. If that fails I'd recommend doing a restore point to get things going again.
i used ddu in the safemode now windows cant find my graphiccard anymore and i cant install new drivers any ideas what i could do ?

So,i had a GT 630,and now i bought RX 480 sapphire+Nitro OC 8GB and i put it in the PCI slot and turn on the PC,before that i deleted the old drivers(not with DDU) and i tried powering my PC but when i do that i hear no beeps and nothing on the display.. :/ Can this program somehow help me?

If there is no POST, beep or anything else coming out from PC paired with RX 480 in that case DDU can't help you.
Check RX 480 in friends PC, maybe it's DOA, hope it's not, but you can't be sure if you don't check it in some other working PC.
Did you connected additional PCIEx 12V cable from PSU to RX 480?
Maybe there is some compatibility issues with your PC's motherboard, maybe old BIOS version is causing this problem or some BIOS settings (make sure to turn off iGPU). Try clearing CMOS. If that doesn't help return old GT 630 into PC, download and flash latest BIOS for motherboard, check if PCIEx is set as default option for GPU, turn off PC, swap GT 630 for RX 480, turn on PC and see if PC is going to POST. If that doesn't help return GT 630 again, enter BIOS and in Boot section of BIOS try changing boot type: Legacy, EFI or UEFI (depends on mobo).

If there is no POST, beep or anything else coming out from PC paired with RX 480 in that case DDU can't help you.
Check RX 480 in friends PC, maybe it's DOA, hope it's not, but you can't be sure if you don't check it in some other working PC.
