AMD has announced the release of the latest version of its Adrenalin drivers - Version 23.4.2 WHQL. This new update includes optimizations for two new games, "Dead Island 2" and "Boundary," resulting in better performance for gamers.

 With the "Dead Island 2," gamers can expect a remarkable 14% increase in performance when measured with RX 7900 series GPUs, and up to 15% increase in performance at 4K when measured with RX 6000 series GPUs.

Moreover, this update addresses several issues, such as blocky water corruption in "Red Dead Redemption 2" when using the Vulkan API, intermittent application crashes after enabling render previews in Unreal Engine 5, missing text in Google Earth VR, and an installer bug that caused a black screen on some display configurations after a driver update.
