Jokes aside, one of the devs working on the AMD driver dev team ( he works on PCIe stuff apparently) replied to my comment on a post memeing on this bug in r/Ayymd lol. My comment was on how to reproduce the bug everytime on Windows 11. He confirmed that he'd pass this onto the Radeon Settings team. The thread is linked below:

I'm impressed with your tenacity. You're one of the most intelligent end users I've had the pleasure of communicating with.
After our next generation cards release, there will be a new driver and I'm sure many of these issues will get resolved. Over and out.
So 22.20 with rdna3?

Nice! I hang around the Vanguard discord as well. Hope to see you in there. I fixed a bug for Vanguard 2 years ago, opencl folding at home.. root caused, fixed, and released within a month.
I still have NDA though, so I can't talk about certain tickets, and what we will or will not fix in a particular release.
That said I have seen tickets in regards to Chrome and hardware acceleration already.
Now that the Nov 3rd announcement is public ... It's clear what our current priority #1 is.
We also plan yearly "big software releases". That is our opportunity to do more of the bug fixing / sustaining work. That's usually the best time to get a nice stable, well tested driver.
Ps: together we advance_GPU (_xxx) is the new slogan now that we've combined with xilinx
so chrome too
