Thanks Onna for my cheap tv monitor I used cru and now FS is enabled within the range of 24-59hz and frtc at 56, everything seems smooth here, no blinking, stable image at demo.

Its Major Bull!! Its not physically possible to have Freesync work without out the GPU and Display communicating with each out.
Even if you have a GPU with Freesync support that is only half the story! The display also needs the controller without this the display "CAN NOT" Change its refresh rate on the fly!!! to match the FPS "Example" 50fps =50hz 100fps =100hz
All this method is doing is fooling the Driver and Windmill down into thinking you have a Freesync Display!
Maybe it is simply doing something similar to Vsync with Tripple Buffer in this mode.

Whatever its doing it isn't doing variable refresh "Hence Not Freesync"
It's just not possible without the hardware communication for this to work.

If we can even figure out if it does that, it would be something. We can't force this any more for new games, if that hack does that, it would be great.

Exactly. There is no way for it to work without being to dynamically change the refresh rate.
