Random reboots plus black screen with this two drivers (WHEA ID 18) I try different Gigabyte bios (F33a - F21 and F32) and same issues
Back to 20.12.1 WHQL

Heh, Oculus Link can be outright broken for 4-5 driver releases with one of the hottest-selling VR headsets during the holidays, but an unofficial overclocking tool causing some minor flickering can get fixed within a week.
Priorities at AMD are interesting :p
Immediately after you wrote this I copied it to our vanguard channel so seems it had been given a high priority to fix ;-)

Could be just coincidence, but it sounds like it was only fixed about a week after a Vanguard report.
I don't know how widespread it was prior to that though or how many bug reports AMD got about it from regular users.
