Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
With HDR enabled, Windows® desktop may experience flickering, and performing a task switch while in a game may cause colors to become washed out or over saturated.

Installed yesterday but didnt play much. Some Horrizon 20-30min runs decent didnt notice any issues. Gonna do some more testing after work.

No issues for less features, yes, here too. If I do not use HDR content, enhanced sync, gpu scaling with freesync premium pro, etc, etc ,etc. If I revert to barebone support, yes AMD has stable drivers.

Some games may exhibit stutter intermittently during gameplay on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics products.
6 months of stuttering. It's fine.
Try 20.5.1 WHQL -> This one is served me well so far
