but if i install 20.11.1 all works fine shut down is normal.
On that clean install, what else did you install, other than OS and this one driver? What did you install to control the m/b hardware and lighting? What about monitoring / control of your cooling?
nothing but os then updates then chip set then driver ie 20.11.2 or 20.11.3 and have chk bios and useing windows 20h
but if i install 20.11.1 all works fine shut down is normal.

So you did all the OS updates first, which has pooched your setup for handling your hardware.
Once again: Install OS, install Chipset, THEN do everything else, including OS updates.
Also, make sure OS integrity is ok. WU mucking things up is way too common.

i have done install both ways and still the same it driver problem because if i install 20.11. 1 its fine but thanks for help but its just going round and round
