Sometimes, very rarely, RadeonSoftware starts up not working properly. Typically, it won't open the Settings Menu. I kill off the process, and restart it, then everything is working ok. I wonder if this has anything to do with CPU usage spiking.

So in case someone wonders if installing it + resetting settings (but preserving the user data) via AMD installer helps remove the CPU usage.... No it doesn't.
Will try a complete clean install now... incl. DDU.

Idk it starts every time without issues. I had some custom fan profiles not being saved on boot but thats fixed now a while ago. Im looking right now at radeon settings 0% cpu usage.
Always doing a clean install here.

I see up to 6% usuage avg with mine. I have even turned everything off for game recording, instant replay, GIF making, etc. Made 0 difference.
Other then that, driver has been very very solid.
Enhanced sync, freesync, etc work. Just these two bugs.
Hopefully the Omega drivers next month tackle the cpu usuage issue.
Only thing open is chrome besides normal stuff, with GURU3D tab. That is it.
CPU usuage after I kill Radeon Software
