F**K AMD, IT IS ONLY FOR RX SERIES. I am gonna buy Nvidia soon. Disgusting marketing. Nvidia is better I think after that racism.

Only RX series support 21:9 VSR. I have R9. That's why, not a resolution thing.

Fan control is not working for me with 3rd party apps including OverdriveNTool.

Guessing they changed the underlying controls again or the OverDrive AP in some fashion.

Strange to hear 21:9 VSR would be locked to RX series too, 5120x2880 requires Polaris or Vega but I don't see why 3440x1440 would need VSR although *from* 3440x1440 to higher might be above what the earlier GPU's cap out at.

EDIT: Also auto overclocking might cause a crash the first time it's used.

Okay friends.

It's the big day with cool new stuff to play with, especially AMD Link, make sure you grab the app on the respective Apple / Google stores.

I am certain that you will have excellent feedback for our software team to look at.

I want to point out that using the Auto-OC feature on Vega will most likely result in a crash but it is somewhat expected as it tries to find the threshold for your card, in fact, the warning message will notify you of that to an extent.

I genuinely hope you guys like what we've crafted here and if there are bugs you find I'll be monitoring for those in this thread.

And for the fan curve settings still trying to learn more on this, reminds me of MSI Afterburner but it seems a bit more locked as I can't find a way to add or remove "points" for tuning the curve and there's five or so defaults I can slide around for various temps and settings.

Zero fan can also be disabled to keep the fans spinning even at idle activity or low temperature and total temperature is 72 degrees Celsius for Vega now from what the curve looks like and not 85 degrees Celsius as before though that probably just means for the graph and nothing really changed for the hardware itself. :)

EDIT: And as for profiles nothing for Crossfire but several DXX ones were updated.
