I would think that for people with power stability issues, please make sure you are on current AMD chipset drivers and BIOS with 21.9.1 and later, if you are on AMD systems.

when are they going to important stuff?? this mini tiny bugs. the driver is kaput, even HDR crashes the system black screen it.

Report your issues to amd. I'm pretty much bug free, didn't even have the power/metric bugs that were mentioned. HDR works for me but there's no way for me to tell you why it works for me and not you

Installed fine on W10 and a RX 580 no problems.
I had no Pci Bus issues with this driver nor 21.9.1. The Pci Bus driver in 21.9.2 is still 21.40.0.0 (7/13/2021).
