link the files pleaseTry this 15.4 with modded vrs files (the 3 ones) or reg files to unlock the 4K vsr res.
AMD must think we are all experts and we use modded drivers, reg files and CRU every day.
As you have not crossfire the mod will work fine for you adding the 4K vsr res.

Still didn't fix the AMD Transcoder error with skype (I assume its on skype end though) but no worries its not a major bug.
Only issue is VSR is no longer working on my 260X.

Its also the AMD facebook page with Dirt 4 in the release notes as well.
