I uninstalled the old drivers, restart pc. Run driver fusion pro, analyse and delete all amd entries, restart pc. Install new drivers, restart. That's about as clean an install as you can get afaik. :p
Using Windows 8.1 btw.
Your driver package is 13.12. That what counts.

black flag runs pretty good for me without msaa and nvidia features... what kind of performance do you get? I also use d3doverrider because ubisoft doesn't seem to ever get vsync right.
Vsync is still a broken stuttery mess with crossfire r9 cards, and AC black flag still runs like crap. Seems like nothing has changed.

So Driver Fusion is not doing the job any more? I did notice that upon loading CCC the Texture Quality Preset was already on HIGH whereas normally its on normal. I did have it set to HIGH manually previously.

If this is 13.12 then why does it say 13.11??
