Doom 2016 on GeForce GTX 1080 Running Vulkan (video)
During the Nvidia editors event some content was shown, the video above is Doom running the Vulkan API with the all new GeForce GTX 1080. Be warned the video is a camera phone recording, shaky-cam and handheld. The game is ran at a resolution limitation of the LED video-wall, which would be a resolution of 1080P.

Looks good , and somehow true to original Doom.

I did play beta... On 1080p too. Constant 60fps without Vulkan (beta was locked to 60fps). GPU utilization around 20~25% and it did downclock to like 850~950MHz.
This video demonstrates one thing only. And that's Doom having Vulkan implementation.

Good stuff, thanks
I'm not really a fan of DooM genre, but that looked really good.
Hopefully more games will use Vulkan API, so we're not stuck with Windows 10 and Dx12
