For what reason ? Battlefield 5 will be annonced friday and so they give for free expansion maps for Battlefield 4 to peoples who dont own them.

It's stuff they already got, giving it away for free without any real costs. In the end they either get people to get that DLC and still play it, or hype them up for BF5, or do nothing at all (although everybody having paid for it could be upset because, again, they give stuff away we had to pay for).

In my opinion DLC's just damage the games, I had BF4 Premium and now SWBF Season pass on PC and honestly there is so few to play, even when BF4 was still very alive DLC maps were much less available than originally included ones. I play mostly DM not conquest and playing Locker jail has really sickened me to the point I stopped playing it,
DICE/EA! DLC's split players to even thinner groups!!!
I think maps should always be available to everyone, DLC should only have guns or stuff which would not affect the group as a whole! They are killing these games!
