Dell is to offer the U2717D and U2717A (with arm). The series is a is 27in IPS-type 2560 x 1440 monitor with thin panel border and very slim hard outer bezel component. The total bezel thickness is 7.3mm (~0.28 inches) at the top and sides and 8.4mm (~0.33 inches) at the bottom.

The 27” is IPS-type likely AH-IPS froM LG at 2560 x 1440 (WQHD) and a 60Hz refresh rate with proper 1000:1 specified static contrast ratio. 178°/178° horizontal/vertical viewing angles are specified with viewing angles and colour consistency being key strengths of the panel type.

The screen offers 99% sRGB coverage. A 350 cd/m² typical maximum luminance is specified. Also specified is an 8ms grey to grey response time (6ms in ‘Fast’ mode). The fully adjustable stand can be removed with a quick-release button. This will reveal 100 x 100mm VESA holes, meaning an alternative VESA compatible stand or mount can be used in its place.
