Dell announces 18mm thin Precision with 3200x1800 pixels resolution

The Dell Precision M3800 Workstation – huge power in a new slim design. Discover true workstation performance built into a beautiful, 18mm-thin design starting at just 4.5 lbs (2.04 Kgs).1 The Dell Precision M3800 offers powerful NVIDIA Quadro graphics and a 4th Gen Intel Core i7-4702MQ for performance with a maximum of 16GB of memory. No just that, the laptop will get a UHD screen of 3200x1800 pixels, which has multi-touch capability.

So darn stupid to have those silly dpi on a small notebook display yet still being stuck on 1080p on the much larger PC monitor, unless you're willing to pay as much as probably this entire notebook costs for a PC monitor with better res and dpi.

Well fact is it costs way more for bigger monitors to have such an resolution and not as easy to manufacture.
