Dell 2013 S Series Monitors Released

Dell has rolled out five new 2013 S Series monitors namely the 27-inch S2740L, the 24-inch S2440L, the 23-inch S2340L and the 21.5-inch S2240L and S2240M. The S2740L, S2340L, S2240L, S2240M are IPS models that provide a 7ms response time and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, while the S2440L is a VA model that offers a 5ms response time and a 5,000:1 contrast ratio. 

All models feature Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 178/178 degree viewing angles and LED backlighting. The Dell S2740L includes VGA, DVI and HDMI ports, while the Dell S2440L, S2340L and S2240L come equipped with VGA and HDMI inputs. The Dell S2240M only provides VGA and DVI ports. The Dell S2740L, S2440L, S2340L, S2240L and S2240M are priced at $399.99, $299.99, $249.99, $219.99 and $199.99, respectively.

Wow, those prices are really competitive! I wouldn't mind getting that 27-incher to replace my ageing Samsung.
