I was just checking some prices and noticed good news for those on the lookout for some new DDR4 memory. Prices have been keeping falling at an incredible pace and where a DDR 16 GB kit did cost 165 EUR/USD a year ago, it's now nearing a cozy 75 EUR/USD.

The reason is overproduction in the DRAM plants, which make the contract prices drop significantly. Dramexchange mentioned a while ago already that this would last for a while. Now, the price drops are not affecting all brands just yet, some 16GB kits still are 100~125 bucks. However we've been reviewing a Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 3200 MHz 2x8 GB kit, and yeah below is the price at the moment for a CL16 2x8GB kit at 3200 MHz.
