Gigabyte is probably the one company that cannot restrict itself to embargoes.  The first motherboard with Intel's mid-range B760 chipset has been leaked.

The B760 AORUS motherboard from Gigabyte. This is not a high-end model; DDR5 memory is not supported. The high cost of AMD's X670 and B650 motherboards has limited Ryzen 7000 sales. Upgrades to the motherboard and DDR5 memory are similarly costly for gamers. We are about a month away from the expected release of Intel's more affordable 700-series chipset, which will likely follow the Z790 chipset by adding more PCIe 4.0 lanes but otherwise differ very little from the current B660 chipset.

Because the 600-series boards are still supported, a used Z690 motherboard may be a better option, depending on pricing. Intel B760 motherboards with 13th Gen Core non-K series will be available in January. The products are expected to debut at CES 2023 alongside Intel's 13th Gen Core mobile platform. and 65W TDP non-K series 13th generation Core processors.
