Corsair Raptor M45 mouse and K40 keyboard

Corsair introduces two new Raptor branded gaming peripherals at CES, the Raptor K40 RGB LED backlit gaming keyboard and Raptor M45 optical gaming mouse. The Raptor K40 keyboard brings the extreme lighting customization of 16.8 million colors priced for a wider range of gamers.

Jason Christian, product manager for PC gaming at Corsair, said, "The keyboard and mouse can make the difference between winning and losing a game. That's why Corsair's Raptor series of gaming products are designed from the ground up to deliver pure performance with no unnecessary frills. Every feature, component, and material is carefully selected and engineered to provide a best-in- class gaming experience."

Raptor K40 Gaming Keyboard with RGB Backlighting
The Corsair Raptor K40 gaming keyboard combines a comfortable membrane key feel, onboard macro storage, 100% anti-ghosting with full-key rollover on USB, and 16.8 million color customizable backlighting to create a precision gaming keyboard that can be customized for specific games, tactics, and playing styles. The keyboard features 6 programmable gaming keys and 18 programmable functions accessible from 3 separate banks that can be stored in the keyboard's internal memory. The Raptor K40 also has dedicated multimedia keys for convenient music and video playback.

The Raptor K40 gaming keyboard will be available in January at suggested list price of $79.99 and is backed by a 2 year warranty.

Raptor M45 Gaming Mouse
Featuring a lighter, more agile variant of the ergonomic chassis as Corsair's award-winning M65 and M60 mice, the Raptor M45 is a serious high-peformance optical mouse for serious gamers. The mouse features a powerful gaming-tuned Pixart PMW3310 5000 DPI optical sensor, fast response time, large PTFE glide pads, high-mass scroll wheel all housed in comfortable right-handed design with a textured, soft-touch surface. The Raptor M45 also has an adjustable weight system and 7 programmable buttons with macros and for critical gaming functions. Plus, the M45 has instant DPI switches to allow gamers to swiftly toggle between high sensor resolution for fast motion, and low resolution for super-accurate aiming.

The Raptor M45 gaming mouse will be available in January at suggested list price of $59.99 and is backed by a 2 year warranty.
