Corsair Launches MP600 PRO XT M.2 NVMe SSDs

Corsair launched the MP600 PRO XT, a new Gen4 PCIe x4 NVMe M.2 SSD. The MP600 PRO XT saves large amounts of data in a handy size factor that suits practically any PC setup.

A new NVMe M.2 SSD that supports PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connectivity has been released. The capacity lineup consists of three models with different capacities: 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB. In addition to having transfer speeds of up to 7,100MB / sec for sequential reading and up to 6,800MB / sec for writing, 3D TLC NAND also has random reading and writing capabilities of up to 100,000 IOPS, as well as PCI-Express 4.0 support for high-speed versions. (X4) SSDs of the highest quality. It is very quick when using random access.

In addition, the product is fitted with a huge heat sink, which helps to optimize cooling performance even more. The "Hydro X Series XM2 Water Block" is also compatible with it, which allows it to be used in a water cooling system.

The main body measures 23 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, 19 mm in height, and weighs 66 g. The dimensions of the main body are 23 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, and 19 mm in height. When it comes to write endurance, the 1TB drive has 700TBW of capacity, 2TB has 1,400GB of capacity, and 4TB has 3,200GB of capacity. The product has a 5-year guarantee and MTBF of 1.6 million hours.

The MP600 PRO XT delivers incredible sustained performance with a pre-installed heatspreader, leaving regular M.2 SSDs in the dust. The MP600 PRO XT boasts extreme performance paired with exceptional cooling and compatibility, breaking the 7,000MB/sec barrier with up to 7,100MB/sec sequential read and 6,800MB/sec sequential write speeds*, as well as more than one million input/output operations per second (IOPS). The MP600 PRO XT is built with high-density 3D TLC NAND, delivering both great performance and endurance – up to 3,000TB Written. Leading-edge PCIe Gen4 technology ensures that your drive achieves maximum bandwidth, and backward-compatibility with PCIe Gen3 gives you the versatility to bring fast storage to a host of systems.

Installed directly onto a motherboard with a compact M.2 2280 industry-standard NVMe form-factor, the MP600 PRO XT sports a uniquely styled aluminum heatspreader to ensure optimal temperatures even under maximum speeds. The heatspreader’s high surface area efficiently disperses heat and reduces throttling, giving you the performance you need while also looking more stylish than a typical bare M.2 drive. The MP600 PRO XT is also compatible with the CORSAIR Hydro X Series XM2 Water Block (sold separately), enabling you to integrate your SSD in a custom cooling loop to achieve even lower temperatures and maximize performance.

Like all CORSAIR SSDs, the MP600 PRO XT is supported by free CORSAIR SSD Toolbox software, enabling convenient features such as secure erase and firmware updates directly from your desktop. With a five-year warranty for extended peace of mind that your storage will remain fast and reliable, the MP600 PRO XT takes full advantage of PCIe Gen4 technology for extreme M.2 performance.

I`ve been using Scan since 2002, in the 18 orders ive placed with them over the years i`ve not had a single issue with them, my current build includes an Msi 3070 gaming xtrio, ryzen 7 5800x, Msi X570 Unify, Sabrent 1tb rocket 4 plus all came from Scan, all items arrived within 2 days of placing my orders except for the 3070 which was a pre-order when everyone was struggling to get a gpu.

very lucky! I had 4 orders, all went wrong, faulty or didn’t come at all.

ccl are decent, Amazon is my usual port of call though

nice, I’d not use scan though

I have probably made maybe £20,000 worth of purchases from SCAN over the years and never had a single issue, that includes several high end gaming laptops, and other hardware, OCUK are now far better than they were and ive only ever had one issue with Amazon in the many years ive used them.
