Check out Cyberpunk 2077 after 50 applied mods, ray tracing, DLSS 2.2, and highest graphics presets
In a recent video, YouTuber Digital Dreams demonstrates how Cyberpunk 2077 comes to life. He did so using and applying over 50 mods, raytracing, DLS 2.2, and fully optimized graphical settings. A Ryzen 9 3900X processor, as well as an RTX 3090 graphics card, are required in order for him to complete this task successfully.
In order to create additional raytracing effects, the YouTuber used a variety of tools, including shader modifications and ReShade, in addition to the standard raytracing provided by Nvidia for the project. He inserted ReShade in a unique way and named his own preset 'Beyond All Limits' after the legendary video game.
The modder refers to the (graphic) power required in order to play Cyberpunk 2077 in 4K with the appropriate visual enhancements after the game's unlocked graphical potential. In addition to the overclocked AMD Ryzen 9 3900X processor and RTX 3090 graphics card, Digital Dreams 32GB of RAM, an Asus Prime x470-Pro motherboard, and the Corsair Hydro H100x cooling system were used to keep everything cool. The following is the outcome, which can be seen below:

you're telling me that's not how the game looks by default ? well it's not exactly incredible other than the high-res ground textures that any modded game already has
everything else is average
I can tell you what is average at best, and it aint the games graphics...
I love people who haven't played the games, who come and throw shit based on some random nobheads video, where he destroyed visuals with shitty shaders...

Yeah, he basically destroyed the lighting with his shaders... basically all games look better without "ULTRA REALISTIC LIGHTING!!!11" shaders...
Only thing that is better in this video, is the fact that there is rain (which you can get with just a single mod) and improved LOD's, which again is a single mod.
But i gotta say that it always puzzled me why CDPR left out changing weather systems, when it's already built into the game - it's just not activated. Especially wierd with all the rain puddles, when there is no rain.

Graphics, Graphics, Graphics.
Meanwhile, the gameplay is still a trashy buggy mess.
