Wozers, the record of clocking a processor as high as can be has been broken. Overclocker TaPaKaH clocked an Intel Celeron-processor from its reference 3,2GHz towards 8,3GHz !
Ther 65nm Cedar mill based processor got a bus-speed of 346 MHz times the multiplier of 24 - 8308 MHz. 2 volts where pushed into the processor. No benchmarks, meaning that this was just an overclock into windows, but still Crazy stuff.
