CD Projekt releases Hotfix 1.12 for Cyberpunk 2077 that addresses Vulnerability

CD Projekt has released a hotfix for Cyberpunk 2077 the PC version. According to the developers, Hotfix 1.12 fixes a severe problem that was present in the game.

This addresses a big vulnerability in which some mods or custom saves could make our PC vulnerable to external attacks. To achieve this, the patch fixes a buffer overrun issue and removes/replaces some non-ASLR DLLs.

CD Projekt is working on the next big update for Cyberpunk 2077, patch 1.2, which should arrive in the next few weeks if we rely on the roadmap that the company shared a few weeks ago.

Meh so far a little disappointed with the game. I’ve not had and game breaking problems but the odd bugs here and there are hilarious and immersion breaking. The game does feel shallow.

I’m honestly having more fun going back and replaying old PS3 games right now.
