Bethesda Might Have a Security Leak

Be wary what information you put in your Fallout 76 support tickets because it seems some users have been able to view private information. Reports have been cropping up saying things like receipt screenshots, names, addresses, and even credit card details are on full display for some hopefully benevolent players.

The Bethesda forums have recently seen a slew of reports of players having access to user information through the Fallout 76 support tickets system. User RadioactiveTrinket said they have access to all sorts of information from the support website in what has to be some sort of horrible bug. Another Fallout 76 player reported the issue on Reddit under the username Jessiepie. They claim to be able to read pretty much everything from the Fallout 76 support tickets and even have the ability to update or close off the ticket. “These receipts contain all your info,” the post reads. “Your email and home address and the card you used to buy this extremely glitched game. I can see the problems you are having with the game, yes I’m having them too.”

When you thought Fallout 76 mess was over we get another "gem" caused by the direct relationship Bethesda promised their customers will enjoy without Steam involvement...

Isn't it ironic?
