BenQ unveiled EX3501R video enjoyment monitor, the flagship curved monitor with industry-standard HDR10 support to significantly increase the range of contrast and color levels for ultrarealistic video performance. The dramatic 1800R curvature of EX3501R’s ultrawide 35” screen wraps itself around the user with 3440x1440 ultra high resolution.

Taking advantage of the increasing availability and rising popularity of HDR content from online streaming services, gaming consoles, and Blu-rays, EX3501R’s HDR technology offers greater brightness and contrast levels, detailed image performance, and a wide spectrum of vibrant hues for video enjoyment. Providing a naturally realistic stage for the latest blockbuster movies and games, EX3501R transports the viewer into extreme entertainment as if there in real life.

In addition, EX3501R is powered by AMD FreeSync™ technology and 100Hz refresh rate to offer intense gaming experiences for action aficionados, bringing out minute details in fast-paced action without image tearing, broken frames, and choppy gameplay.

Sophisticated Style with Powerful Functionality

Based on latest USB-C™ architecture, EX3501R utilizes a single cable to provide SuperSpeed data transfers and 2K video delivery without clutter. Fully equipped with multiple HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB 3.0 ports in addition to USB-C™, EX3501R expertly hosts multimedia content from a variety of source devices ranging from set-top boxes, Blu-rays, gaming consoles, and smart devices.

EX3501R is tailor-made for maximum viewing enjoyment aided by a smooth height adjustable stand. For added comfort, BenQ exclusive Brightness Intelligence Plus Technology actively detects ambient lighting and color temperature levels to customize onscreen output characteristics for a perfect entertainment experience.

** On HDR - if you look at the specs, the monitor only offers 300 nits and 8-bit color. This is one of what I called 'fake HDR' screens, much to what Dell has been doing.
