Quite a lot of monitor news today, BV3200PT is a new model from BenQ's monitor range focused on video editing.  The new display offers an UltraHD 3840 x 2160 resolution with 60Hz refresh rate support and and 100% Rec.709 colour space coverage.



The 32" monitor has an AU Optronics' AHVA (IPS-type) panels. In other specs there is a 5ms G2G response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles and 10-bit colour depth.

Enjoy over 1 billion accurately displayed colors in accordance with the highest design industry standards. PV3200PT covers 100% sRGB and Rec.709 color space to ensure every color is faithfully represented with the most optimal precision.

The 14-bit 3D Look Up Table (LUT) improves RGB color blending accuracy, resulting in impeccable color reproduction. Having average Delta E≤2 in both sRGB & Rec. 709 color spaces gives you the truest and most representative view of the original image. 

The PV3200PT display is subjected to an on-site verification process upon production to ensure the performance of the monitor in terms of brightness uniformity, Delta-E and Gamma curve. These results are then validated against BenQ and industry color standards.(Below image is for your reference, the data in report will be different in monitors due to different color performance.)

The stand offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate functions and the screen also features BenQ's ECO proximity sensor and 'Eye Protect' ambient light sensor built in to the bezel. The screen is of course flicker free as with all BenQ models and features a low blue light mode too. There are DP 1.2, HDMI 1.4, mini DP, 2x USB 2.0, audio input and audio output connections, along with a media card reader provided.
