BenQ EW2880U 60Hz 4K UHD IPS model with USB-C

BenQ EW2880U 60Hz 4K UHD IPS model with USB-C

A 28′′ 3840 x 2160 ('4K' UHD) IPS-type panel is used, especially the Innolux M280DCA-E3B, which has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 ('4K' UHD).

Adaptive-Sync, including AMD FreeSync, and a 60Hz refresh rate are all supported in addition to a VRR range of 40 – 60Hz, which is considered to be the case. Other noteworthy characteristics include a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, a 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) color output, and viewing angles of 178° and 178°. This monitor has been designed with an anti-glare screen surface that ranges from light to very light, and a flicker-free WLED backlight that produces 300 cd/m2 typical maximum brightness and 90 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. HDR10 content is supported, and the monitor's decent color gamut and 10-bit color support may be put to good use. However, because it does not meet even the most basic VESA DisplayHDR certification level, it only provides a very rudimentary HDR experience that does not include local dimming or high brightness.

Low Blue Light (LBL) settings that are adjustable and well-balanced are included, as is the manufacturer's standard offering. Although a 5ms grey to grey response time is indicated, it is recommended that you proceed with caution. Tilt, height (100mm or 3.94 inches), and swivel adjustments are all available on this stand. It attaches centrally with a fast-release mechanism that allows for simple removal, displaying 100 x 100mm VESA mounting holes for alternate mounting options when removed. The connectors are located on the bottom of the device and comprise an AC power port (internal power converter), two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DP 1.4 port, one USB-C port (60W PD, DP Alt Mode, upstream data), and a 3.5mm headphone input. 2 x 3W integrated TreVolo speakers are also incorporated, which can produce potentially pretty rich sound output due to the numerous sound presets that are available to choose from.

Pricing and availability information will be released in the future.
