Battlefield V will get its last expansion in June
Battlefield V will get a last content update with new weapons and modifications this summer, and DICE would be aiming to release it in June. And that would be the last one.
On Twitter DICE mentions that they will no longer add new game content after this summer. There however will be weekly rewards after the update, which will give players the opportunity to unlock items.
Here’s a brief overview on what’s coming:
- New Content: A new update will be released this summer.
- Weekly Rewards: Following the summer update, you’ll receive Battlefield Currency or Company Coin as Weekly Rewards, giving you a chance to unlock gear you may have missed.
- Events and Activities: We’re also planning various weekly initiatives such as the reintroduction of #FridayNightBattlefield servers, where the community can play Battlefield V in a friendly atmosphere. Throwback Thursdays, where we'll look to bring you together across all of our Battlefield titles are in the works, too.
- We are continuing our work on Community Games Updates. We are committed to bringing these to the game and we’ll keep you updated on when you can expect them to start coming online.
As the battles rage on for you and your squadmates, old and new, we’ll continue to PTFO with you for a long time.
The big question remains, is the course set for Battlefield 6? No new part of the series is planned for 2020. EA first wants to wait for the PS5 and Xbox Series X before adding fuel. DICE also mentioned to work on new anti-cheat measures for Battlefield V.

There's no more depth as there's no evidence, again. None of the other resources you linked provide any evidence either. My "fixation" on your first source is that you are avoiding going back to that and discussing it as it would show that you just linked something that you thought supported your view and it didn't - and honestly, it's hypocrisy to suggest that I'm the one avoiding whatever contradicts my narrative. Remember, I'm not pushing any narrative - you are. Don't know how many times that has to be repeated until you get it.
Your last 3 videos are conjecture and opinion and don't help make your point.
Maybe someone should chime in and make this even easier for you to understand - that stating something as wild as your claim and not providing a shred of evidence for it is dumb.
Wow, now when I look down I can't see you any more. Nice hole you've created for yourself.
So, you finally broke down and gave up on your strawman. And, you've admitted to your fixation that you also have an opinion, fasinating. Yeah I know it's upsetting and frustrating :p. Since you've not presented any additional information your empty barrel, regurgitated replies will not change anything.
Enjoy

Looks like the new date for BF6 is now 4th quarter 2021. I expect delays that will push it back to 2022 though

From this video it looks like they've halted development for BFV for some time now.
He mentioned something of peculiarity though. BF 6 and BF 5 seem to share similar 18 month development cycle (give or take a few months). I don't have any faith that this new game is going to be any better when it's released. And, if this new expansion doesn't work out right (and there is a big chance it won't) they will either leave it as is or pull resources from BF 6 to fix BF 5.

The last 'great' Battlefield was BF3 - and yet, it was this they got the least amount of developer (coding) love from DICE.
The reason I state this is mainly because of the level design and game modes they laid out over its well-structured DLC releases. LVLCAP spoke about the level design of BF4 and for the most, he is correct:
The level design of BF3 was sooooooo 'tight' and this quality of level design has not existed since then.
Like vehicle combat? "Armoured Kill" DLC had your back with 4 awesome levels
Like boots-on-the-ground combat? "Close Quarters" DLC has got you my friend, not a helicopter in sight and 4 awesome maps (Scrapmetal is considered one of the best TDM maps out there)
Like scavenging for your guns? "Aftermath" DLC wants to be your friend in yet another 4 maps with new game modes.
Like trial bikes? "End Game" DLC likes you and has got yet another-another 4 maps for you.
All-in, 29 maps, and each one was as close to being a 'perfect' BF level/map than has ever been designed.
It was glorious, and if I can pontificate more, the only reason we know BF4 is bad, is because of how good BF3 was in its tight gameplay, with levels and game modes to match.
