Battlefield V will get its last expansion in June
Battlefield V will get a last content update with new weapons and modifications this summer, and DICE would be aiming to release it in June. And that would be the last one.
On Twitter DICE mentions that they will no longer add new game content after this summer. There however will be weekly rewards after the update, which will give players the opportunity to unlock items.
Here’s a brief overview on what’s coming:
- New Content: A new update will be released this summer.
- Weekly Rewards: Following the summer update, you’ll receive Battlefield Currency or Company Coin as Weekly Rewards, giving you a chance to unlock gear you may have missed.
- Events and Activities: We’re also planning various weekly initiatives such as the reintroduction of #FridayNightBattlefield servers, where the community can play Battlefield V in a friendly atmosphere. Throwback Thursdays, where we'll look to bring you together across all of our Battlefield titles are in the works, too.
- We are continuing our work on Community Games Updates. We are committed to bringing these to the game and we’ll keep you updated on when you can expect them to start coming online.
As the battles rage on for you and your squadmates, old and new, we’ll continue to PTFO with you for a long time.
The big question remains, is the course set for Battlefield 6? No new part of the series is planned for 2020. EA first wants to wait for the PS5 and Xbox Series X before adding fuel. DICE also mentioned to work on new anti-cheat measures for Battlefield V.

Burden of proof, you're the one making the claim ...
Let me suggest, again, that you read the link you provided and understand exactly what you linked - your link literally embeds a video that shows how he plays, and furthermore makes zero claims that he was actually cheating.
Again, that doesn't make sense as that would drive people away from the game and DICE would definitely know better than to kill their own product ...
Hello down there...
The cheating is just the tip of the iceburg. If Dice had put just a little more effort into BFV instead of broadcasting optics to their fan base that COD was better perhaps your defense of them might have some actual worth.
The most hardcore of supporters have turned on them.
Wow, BFV falls down and the media comes and kicks it's limp caucus across the finish line. And the next BF might not happen until around 2022 o_O.
But by all means, don't let me stop you. Keep digging.

I don't get what's so hard to understand. I'm not defending them. I'm not the one making any claims here. You are. You made a claim that they're cheating and provided links that did nothing to substantiate your claim. You can't be that thick that this simple tidbit you still didn't comprehend.
You go on for 2 more posts still providing no substance whatsoever.
The claim you're making here is an extraordinary one - that the employees, those who work on the game, those who earn their salaries for this type of work, those who would probably lose their jobs if their games bomb / keep bombing, are cheating - and that's so ridiculous I don't even know how you believe it. Providing no evidence for it is just spreading misinformation, sorry - it could even be considered slanderous.

If you are going to discuss the subject at hand do so. However, if you find it difficult to communicate about it because it doesn't fit your narrative it would behoove you in the future to just keep those feelings to yourself. Remember, you replied to me. Also, your narrative was to suggest that I only talked about a link I provided about an employee caught cheating in COD game. Acknowledging that there is more depth to what I've wrote then what you want to discuss is poor form and contradicts your narrative. Oh well...
In the meantime I've provided to you everything you need. Perhaps you do have a level of difficulty understanding it. But as it relates to the subject of this thread I suggest you take the time to read my posts instead of making up your strawman.

There's no more depth as there's no evidence, again. None of the other resources you linked provide any evidence either. My "fixation" on your first source is that you are avoiding going back to that and discussing it as it would show that you just linked something that you thought supported your view and it didn't - and honestly, it's hypocrisy to suggest that I'm the one avoiding whatever contradicts my narrative. Remember, I'm not pushing any narrative - you are. Don't know how many times that has to be repeated until you get it.
Your last 3 videos are conjecture and opinion and don't help make your point.
Maybe someone should chime in and make this even easier for you to understand - that stating something as wild as your claim and not providing a shred of evidence for it is dumb.
