ASUS Unveils the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM: A 26.5-Inch Gaming Display with High Contrast Organic EL Panel

ASUS recently announced the release of a new gaming display, the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, on March 10, 2023. The display features a 26.5-inch WQHD panel that uses an organic EL panel, which enables a high contrast display of 1,500,000:1 and an improvement in black expression compared to general liquid crystal displays.



The gaming display also boasts a high-speed drawing response speed of 0.03ms and a refresh rate of 240 Hz, making it possible to clearly display games with intense movement. It also supports NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible technology, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.

The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM comes with various features including a custom heat sink that efficiently cools heat, Intelligent Voltage Optimization that has the effect of uniformizing the OLED panel and preventing burn-in, ROG Lighting Projection that can project logos, and DisplayWidget Center that allows intuitive display settings.

The main specs of the display include a brightness of 450cd/m2 (HDR 1,000cd/m2), color gamut DCI-P3 99%, sRGB 135%, display color 1,073.7 million colors, color difference less than Delta E 2, and viewing angle horizontal/ vertical 178°. The interface includes DisplayPort 1.4 x 1, HDMI 2.0 x 2, earphone jack x 1, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A x 3. The stand supports a tilt range of -5 to 20°, swivel range of -30 to 30°, pivot range of -90 to 90°, and height adjustment of 0 to 110mm. The VESA mounter has a pitch of 100 x 100 mm, and the external dimensions of the display are 605 mm wide, 274 mm deep, 438 to 548 mm high, with a weight of 6.9 kg.
