ASUS RT-AC5300 Tri-Band WiFi 802.11ac Router does up-to up to 5334Mbps
That's nearly a standaline computer ? ASUS releases their new tri-band WiFi 802.11ac router, the RT-AC5300. Powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor coupled with a 512MB RAM, it operates at a combined speed of up to 5334Mbps, with two 5GHz bands that reach up to 2167Mbps each and one 2.4GHz band that reaches up to 1000Mbps.
Equipped with eight external detachable antennas (4x transmit / 4x receive w/ MU-MIMO technology), the RT-AC5300 is configured with a WPS button, 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports to enable super-fast connections with other wired devices, 1x USB 3.0 port and 1x USB 2.0 port to easily share printers, files and media within the network.

Well, very fast. IF it works. Can't believe how annoying my AC87U can be at times, random 5GHz disconnects, I wonder if this model has them too (like other Asus routers).
