ASUS ROG Strix - XG309CM 29.5in Fast IPS ultra wide LCD compatible with 220Hz / 1ms

A 29.5-inch ultra-wide LCD display with a 21: 9 aspect ratio that enables an overclockable refresh rate of 220Hz. The display has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,080 pixels, a Fast IPS technology, and a refresh rate of 1ms.

Additionally, it includes a "KVM switch function" that enables the LCD display, keyboard, and mouse to be shared between two PCs, a tripod socket for convenient streaming, "Shadow Boost" that increases vision in low-light conditions, and "Shadow Boost" that eliminates screen flicker. It features one-of-a-kind features such as "Flicker-Free" and "Ultra-Low Blue Light," which significantly minimizes blue light.

The primary specifications are as follows: brightness 300 cd / m2, contrast ratio 1,000: 1, display color 16.7 million colors, color gamut sRGB 100%, horizontal / vertical viewing angle 178°, high dynamic range HDR10, and display synchronization technology NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium.

DisplayPort 1.2 x 1, HDMI 2.0 x 1, earphone jack x1, USB3.0 hub x2, USB Type-C x1, and so on are the interfaces. The speaker is a 2Wx2 stereo unit, and the stand adjusts from -5 to 20 degrees tilt, -25 to 25 degrees swivel, and 110mm height.

The VESA mounter has a pitch of 100x100mm. External dimensions are 707.33 mm in width, 264.93 mm in depth, 486.14 mm in height, and 7.5 kg in weight.

why is no one making 24 and 29 inch 1440p displays
compact size,crisp image and fairly easy to achieve a high framerate

This monitor fails on so many levels. Displayport 1.2 (FAIL), HDMI 2.0 (FAIL), 2560x1080 (FAIL), No HDR (FAIL). :confused:

while i agree i will say the Displayport 1.2 (FAIL), HDMI 2.0 (FAIL) are not really fails because of the 3rd fail 2560x1080 (FAIL) 2560x1080 does not need faster interface . It will be a major fail if the price is over 400 euros 300-400 can be good for the money .
