ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Edition

ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Edition

Asus introduces a special edition of the powerful ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC with exclusive Black Ops 4 design. Limited to 500 pieces, the gaming graphics card comes with the standard edition of the game.

The limited special edition of the graphics card is decorated with illuminated Black Ops 4 emblems and should provide more than enough power for this and other current AAA titles. The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC delivers standard boost rates up to 1665MHz and is designed to curb this performance with a 2.7-slot design and ultra-large heat sink. At low load, the three IP5X-certified Axial-Tech fans will remain quiet and only become active when required.

TAIPEI, Taiwan, December 6, 2018 —ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced the ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti OC Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4 Edition graphics card, an exclusive limited-edition version that’s restricted to a production run of just 500 units and available only in selected territories. Decorated with the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Edition insignia, the card pairs the NVIDIA® A-list GPU with gargantuan power delivery and cooling, and boasts out-of-the-box Boost clocks up to 1665MHz to ensure performance stays silky smooth during frantic action.

Axial-tech Cooling
ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti OC Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4 Edition keeps Turing™ cool by adopting a 2.7-slot design and devoting most of that real estate to a large heatsink that has 20% more surface area than previous-generation cards. The massive fin assembly allows completely passive operation during light gaming, and when active cooling is needed, it’s provided by three IP5X-certified Axial-Tech fans developed specifically for the task. Featuring a smaller hub and longer blades surrounded by a barrier ring to increase structural integrity and static pressure, the new fans shift more air and generate less noise.

16-phase VRM
While the card’s default clock speeds are sufficient to pump out playable frame rates at extreme resolutions, gamers looking for a competitive edge will want to squeeze every ounce of performance from the Turing architecture. Armed with Super Alloy chokes, solid polymer capacitors, and an array of 16 high-current power stages, ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti OC Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4 Edition is engineered to push the GPU to the limit.

Auto-Extreme Technology
All ROG Strix graphics cards are produced using Auto-Extreme Technology, an automated manufacturing process that sets new standards in the industry by allowing all soldering to be performed in a single pass. This reduces thermal strain on components, lowers manufacturing power consumption, and improves overall product reliability.

Aura Sync Integration
ROG worked with Activision to allow Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 game effects to be expressed via Aura lighting. The logo on the back of the graphics card flashes in sync with round countdowns, and changes color when the player is underwater or when the play area collapses during the game’s Blackout mode. Aura Sync software also allows illumination to be coordinated with other ROG Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 inspired hardware and Aura-compatible gear, so that immersion-enhancing effects can be cast from the system all the way to the desktop.

48 years old and all I play is COD multiplayer. The card graphics are personal taste but no one is going to see most of it. I'm sure it's a great card though.

Reading the title, at first I thought they bundled the game with the card, okay. But putting the logo on it... quite silly.
Can't wait for yearly versions of those prints as well... not to mention PUBG cards and Fortnite cards and all of that rubbish.

They should just sell a generic white 2080ti and let you pick the sticker to apply on the shell of your favorite game.
