ASUS ROG Maximus VI Impact Mini-ITX Motherboard

ASUS ROG Maximus VI Impact Mini-ITX Motherboard

ASUS launches its first Republic of Gamers (ROG) motherboard in a mini-ITX form-factor, the Maximus VI Impact, a motherboard that is going to be liked by many of you. The Maximus VI Impact is a socket LGA1150 motherboard based on Intel Z87 Express chipset, which supports 4th generation Core "Haswell" processors.

So with a mini-ITX SKU, measuring 17cm x 17cm, there is little space to provide the more typical ‘gaming’ features.  The cute board features a right-angled VRM board that comes with a 8+2 Phase Digital PWM and is cooled by a vertical heatsink with an embedded ROG logo.

Included are three daughterboardsnamely the SupremeFX Impact, a sound-card with an 115 dBA DAC, OPAMPs, and audio-grade capacitors; and an mPCIe combo card for 802.11 ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0; and this one is funny, a ImpactControl card that gives overclockers POST diagnostic readouts and CMOS reset/restore at the push of a button, right from the rear panel.

ASUS went with their flagship red and black color theme for the Impact motherboard, a second heatsink is located on the Z87 PCH. Have a peek at the product:

I am looking to move on from my Maximus Formula 3, I was also planning on downsizing my new rig and now Asus have a Maximus board in the full range set ATX, Micro ATX and now Mini ITX just have to decide what to go for.

That is one nasty little hoe. I would do so much dirty things to her, like spray her with quality thermal paste and achieve an amazing overclock. I would be having sexual intecourse with my gf and thinking of this. I´m dead facking serious. Asus deserves a thumbs up.
