ASUS has released a Four-port addressable RGB controller with ROG Halo and Aura Sync which you can hook up to your compatible motherboard and further expand your RGB bling on. With ASUS Halo you can create an ambient light effect based on say a game color palette, and thus that is interesting to add a LED strip behind your monitor.

Years ago Philips already tried this concept with their Ambilight concept. With four independently controllable addressable RGB headers, the ROG Aura Terminal lets you synchronize colors and lighting effects with other Aura-enabled gear, or enjoy lighting that reacts to onscreen action for an enthralling gaming experience. Each channel supports up to 90 LEDs per channel and 210 LEDs in total, equivalent to a maximum of 4.2 meters of addressable LED strips.

The box by itself supports four kinds of lighting effect "Rainbow / Comet / Starry Night / Logo Lighting". Furthermore, you can route and control it over ASUS "Aura Sync".  The product includes a quick start manual, addressable RGB LED strips × 3 (30 cm × 2/60 cm × 1), 45 W AC adapter × 1, DC - Molex conversion cable × 1, microUSB - USB conversion cable × 1, microUSB - 9 pin header Conversion cable × 1, 3M tape × 3, ROG sticker × 1, ROG cable tie × 2.
