ASUS Outs their Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED

ASUS announces Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED laptops. Powered by 12th Generation Intel Core H-Series processors, with efficient triple-vented cooling system and up to a studio-grade NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU. New MUX switch allows users to enjoy maximum low-latency graphics performance when gaming.

ASUS today announced Vivobook Pro 15 OLED (K6502) and Vivobook Pro 16 OLED (K6602), a pair of 15.6-inch and 16-inch laptops designed to make creativity easy and fun for anyone. Harnessing the performance of the latest 12th Generation Intel Core H-Series processors, with an efficient triple-vented cooling system and up to a studio-grade NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU, these powerful laptops can handle any content creation, gaming or entertainment tasks with ease.

Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED are equipped with color-accurate PANTONE Validated OLED displays—with up to a world-leading 3.2K 120 Hz 600-nit OLED version on Vivobook Pro 16 OLED—that deliver a superb high-quality visual experience with a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The new MUX switch allows users to enjoy maximum low-latency graphics performance when gaming, and entertainment is enhanced by immersive, multi-dimensional Dolby Atmos audio via the Harman Kardon-certified speaker system.

All the essential connections are present to allow users to easily interface with all their peripherals, including a 40 Gbps Thunderbolt 4 port and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and an RJ-45 LAN port. Fast charging of the long-lasting up to 96 Wh battery is assured by the 150-watt AC adapter.

Those who want to generate content for any purpose, whether they are artists, musicians, hobbyists or casual creators, will find their perfect creative partner in Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED.

The core of creation
At the core of effortless content creation is performance, and the powerful components in Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED make creativity easy and fun for YouTubers, TikTokers, podcasters, vloggers, musicians, artists—in fact, anyone who needs to create.

Users needing a quick boost for a tough task can simply switch to Performance mode to unleash the maximum 90 W TDP from the up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H CPU and 16 GB RAM, with no throttling thanks to the dual-fan, triple-vented ASUS IceCool Plus cooling system. The 1 TB PCIe SSD provides plenty of ultrafast storage for every project, and loads clips or draft ideas in the blink of an eye.

The studio-grade NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU lets the user's visual creativity really flow. It's perfectly capable of handling fast video editing, entry-level 3D animation workflows and ultra-high-quality visual effects, so users can spend more time producing amazing content and less time staring at progress bars.

World-leading displays
For visual creations, display quality is everything, and that means precise and vivid colors, deep blacks, and luminous whites for ultra-realistic images. The world-leading up to 3.2K 120 Hz OLED HDR display on Vivobook Pro 16 OLED, and the up to 2.8K OLED HDR display on Vivobook Pro 15 OLED tick all the boxes: they are DisplayHDR True Black 600 certified with a 600-nit peak brightness, have PANTONE Validated status for professional-grade color accuracy, offer a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 gamut, and are TÜV Rheinland certified for eye-friendly low blue-light emissions and flicker-free operation.

Audiovisual enjoyment
Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED are also superbly equipped for entertainment and gaming. The MUX switch allows users to enjoy low-latency gaming, by sending graphics frames directly to the display via the NVIDIA GPU without passing through the CPU, maximizing the frame rate.

The Harman Kardon-certified audio system, driven by a smart amplifier, delivers powerful, immersive sound that's crystal-clear, for superbly immersive entertainment and communications. The multi-dimensional sound of Dolby Atmos indulges the user in their creations or favorite entertainment with sound that moves around them with breathtaking realism in music, movies and TV.

Essential connections
Getting creative ideas out into the world quickly and easily is where Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and Pro 16 OLED excel. There's an ultrafast Thunderbolt 4 port that supports fast charging and up to 40 Gbps data transfers; a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port; an HDMI 2.1 port that supports up to a 4K external monitor for whenever users need to pump visuals or streaming videos into a TV or projector; an RJ-45 LAN port that provides added flexibility for high-speed wired network connections; and an SD Express 7.0 card reader that allows fast and easy data exchange.
